Neuromodulator injections 

Aka Botox, tox, anti wrinkle injections, Botulinum Toxin Type A. 

These injections relax the muscle to decrease the wrinkling of the skin.  We use a very tiny needle to inject right under the skin in multiple areas using our extensive knowledge of anatomy.  Results of the injections can be seen in as little as 3 days, but allow a full 14 days for final results. Benefits of neuromodulator injections last an average of 3 months but can vary based on individuals metabolism.  Appointments take less than 30 minutes and virtually no down time.

Post Care Instructions

  • 1.

    For the Botox / Xeomin / Dysport/ Jeuveau to settle in specific muscles, it is important to continue to move the areas that have been treated to “work the toxin into the muscles.”

  • 2.

    Keep upright for 4 to 6 hours after the injections. This is very important to minimize the toxin from migrating to unwanted areas – which can create eyelid droop (ptosis). Avoid lying down or leaning forward.

  • 3.

    Other activities to avoid in the first 4 hours: No exercise. No massage. No wearing hats or sunglasses. No air travel on the first day of treatment. No hair washing or blow-drying. Do not touch/massage injected area. No showers

  • 4.

    Optimal results are in 14 days. Wait at least 12 days after your injections to start to evaluate the success of the treatment.
